maybe fixed nginx caching config

i took some stuff from https://git.puscii.nl/sms/streaming-docker/-/blob/e3ce8a68063b5a474e8ba943756cda431f4a9af3/leftover/nginx.conf.template and mixed it with the current master, setting different cache headers for .ts and .m4u8 seems to work, dont know if the rest of the settings are good

this should then fix #1 (closed)
